Georgina Barrow has over 25 years experience as a decorative painter. She specialises in broken colour finishes and chinoiserie murals which give a stunning depth of colour and interest to walls, simply unattainable with plain paint.

These finishes are remarkably durable and are excellent for disguising bumpy walls, or bringing to life an awkward area. From a soft colour wash replicating an old Italian wall, to a copy of a vintage wallpaper, Georgina first prepares samples for her clients to bring their ideas to life, before creating the finishes onto walls, kitchen units, floors and ceilings, as well as furniture.

She has a wealth of experience and has worked on a number of listed buildings, assisting with the conservation and restoration of existing paint finishes. She also works with interior designers, producing stunning paint finishes to complement wallpaper, fabric and plain paint.

Having completed a BA (Hons) Degree in Illustration, Georgina worked as a decorative painter in London before moving to the Cotswolds where she now primarily works. She usually gives a free estimate for projects within this area, having seen the project and met the client or interior designer for herself.
